MentorMatch — Earlier Days
MentorMatch was IMDOINGIT’s pilot program and still remains one of the things we are best known for.
On January 2, 2020, IMDOINGIT officially launched with 9 mentors, 7 of whom were paired with mentees. The matching process was manual, but it worked. It worked so well, in fact, that Dami knew the system could be bigger, faster, and smarter. What began as a simple manual matching process evolved into the MentorMatch platform—dubbed “Tinder, but professional”—automating connections between mentors and mentees with ease.
From that point forward, IMDOINGIT continued to grow, adding new programs and initiatives to meet the needs of a thriving community of dreamers turned doers. And the journey is just beginning.
