Prior to joining in September 2018, Pragashini was at Royal Bank of Canada for 18 years serving in various leadership roles in Executive Compensation, Talent Management & Leadership Development, and more recently as the Head of HR for Technology with a focus on Digital Talent Strategy.  

Pragashini holds a Bachelor of Science degree from York University and has her Certified Human Resources Professional Designation.  Pragashini is also a current Board member of Ascend Canada.
