On a mission to create a colourful future for individuals and organizations alike, our programs focus on eliminating unconscious bias when it comes to hiring, onboarding, and mentoring black talent. As a means of bridging the gaps that exist in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), we are committed to creating spaces where underserved black professionals can thrive in their varied spheres of life, while providing organizations with the edge they know they need to succeed.

How We Work
Through our Mentor Match program, community members are paired with mentor professionals to advance their business, career and/or life goals.
Many of our scheduled events are focused on providing community members with access to training opportunities based on their needs.
Qualified community members are invited by partner organizations to apply for internship opportunities that align with their interests.
